As always, it has been a while since my last blog post; but who’s looking? Big news: After fifteen years working in the Inscape Arts building, I finally completed a home studio and moved in in May. Exciting stuff. I’m tweeking some final details to the structure, but I finally feel settled in the space and working towards….. new work. It feels like a luxury to be able to dart out the back door while dinner is cooking to work on a drawing.
I’m continuing more graphic works and (in case you haven’t paid attention) I’ve stared working on a larger scale with some of them. It’s a fun, labor-intensive process. I find most of them are in response to the immediacy of life and (surprise surprise) current events. And some are just plain fun.
Stay tuned for updates on upcoming exhibitions, new work and events I’ll be hosting in the space.
